These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Korean FlashCards Talk & Learn (the “App”) provided by ExpiLabs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, ExpiLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

2. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Details

• Title: Korean FlashCards Premium
• Length: Monthly and/or Annual (as selected in-app)
• Price: Displayed in the App at time of purchase (varies by region)

Payment & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not store payment information.

Microphone & Speech Recognition                             

The App may request access to your device microphone to enable speech recognition features, allowing you to practice speaking Korean. All speech processing is performed on-device; no audio recordings are transmitted to external servers. You may disable speech recognition at any time in the App’s settings or by revoking microphone permission in your device’s Settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, flashcards, audio, design elements, trademarks, and software associated with the App are owned by ExpiLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

5. Educational Disclaimer

The App is intended for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete.

Use of the App is at your own discretion.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or uninterrupted operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpiLabs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Subscription-related disputes handled by Apple

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExpiLabs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
